“Our dog was not doing great with her prescription diet and thru the advice and several products we have gotten from the dogs by design team she has not picked her nose up at meal time for over 2 years now! “They staff was very helpful, and even educated me on some things. I asked questions they was very helpful and understanding. I went to grab some peeps. And I'm a first timer at chickens. The one gentleman that got them out for me even caught the ones my husband was laughing at and wanting to get cause they was escapees lol ? and the one women who worked there knew alot about chickens and the store in general. I enjoyed our trip there and think that's where we will be doing our shopping for our outdoor stuff because they was very helpful and made it worth the hurt my husband's pockets are taken over the chickens ??♀️ and building them everything. Also everyone was super friendly even the lady who checked us out . I can honestly say I haven't been any place where it seemed like people enjoyed their job or atleast was semi happy to be there and help in awhile . So good job to the afternoon shift that day.”

“Friendly employees, clean environment and they have everything you need for your fur babies. I wouldn't shop anywhere else in this area. My dog loves going in here to get her baths. They're dog wash area is always clean and they always have stock in towels to dry your dog off with. I only have praise for this store.”

“I switched vets due to moving to this area in 2017, and Dr. Yorty, Jan and ALL of the staff are truly wonderful, caring and have recommended the BEST care options for my fur babies. All of my pets have received nothing but genuine and compassionate care at 4 PAWS. Throughout the years, both in actual appts. and also for follow up questions/ concerns over the phone, Dr. Yorty and the staff have spent quality time with me discussing at length various treatment options for my animals and they thoroughly explain reasons for the treatment recommendations. Recently, 2 of my 4 fur babies experienced pretty severe illnesses as the result of smoke inhalation from a fire at my neighbors house- Dr. Yorty and the staff were able to get them in for emergent appts. and all of us were treated with kindness, empathy and my fur babies' are back to being healthy. Dr. Yorty and the staff have always treated me and my animals with the most kindness and respect. We will continue to support Dr. Yorty and 4 Paws!”

I love that they believe in natural remedies, homeopathic supplements, and healthy diets for pets. They had very reasonable prices, especially compared to other places, even online counting shipping cost. They truly helped me out in my time of need and educated me on some things I didn't know so I'm very pleased and will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on! “Recently our elderly neighbor's beloved cat Molly passed away on a Saturday. Pet Haven was called and they quickly got back to us telling us to bring Molly to them. They were kind and compassionate. Molly's ashes were in a beautiful little tin, her paw print was framed and a clipping of her fur was included. We had no issues picking her up and there was great communication during this entire process. I thank Pet Haven Cemetery for making the process easy and being so compassionate.”

“I left a 1 star review for this place 6 years ago. Today I am changing my review to 5 stars, not because I think that the store is awesome but because of one employee there. I am talking about Zoe in the fish section. Zoe is so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very sweet.I came two weeks ago to get information about possibly getting an aquarium, that same day I ended up leaving the store with all of the supplies I needed to get started setting up my tank and cycling it. It was her advice and all the information she provided that made me buy everything.Today I returned to the store with my son and she helped us select our plants, fish, accessories and again provided so much information and help. She is a 5 star employee!”

“Very clean and well organized store. I think there were a good selection of products and flavors to pick from of foods for your cat. Prices vary. Nothing overly cheap, but names you don't see in your regular pet sections at Walmart or Pet Smart. Friendly employee that's willing to give their options as well. Nice little store to shop.”
