“My car was damaged during hurricane Fiona and Gaudet’s Auto-body did a thorough job on providing an estimate for my insurance company. As you can imagine how busy they were with the repairs post hurricane there was an expected wait, however I was kept up to date with extremely high professionalism by Steve their Manager.I received my car back and it looked like a new car! The staff were friendly,,professional and customer service focused. Highly recommend as it is so important to have a satisfied customer service experience.If I could rate higher I would! The team will look after you at Gaudet’s!”

“I would give 6 stars if I could! Charles and Charles saved our vacation when our ML350 bluetec Mercedes began dying 3 days before having to drive back to Ontario. They diagnosed the problem, and had the parts shipped in for the next afternoon. Incredible friendly service!!!I normally see labor around same price as parts... not this time! I had to look twice in disbelief. $264 from a total bill of 2353.02. Yes it was an expensive repair on an expensive car but only quality new parts were used along with a regular "A service" which was due anyway.Thank you guys for fitting us in for this emergency repair on zero notice!EricPS a year went by and a different issue developed on my ML350 Bluetec diesel. An oil leak from the intake which could not be solved by 3 other shops. Unfortunately I still needed to drive my car for vacation to and from PEI. I presented my problem with Charles as I was worried the leak would be trouble on the way home. He fit me in to see what he could do and his experience paid off in diagnosing the leak. A part was left out from another shop which Charles ordered and replaced in time for our drive home. I am so grateful for his assistance and expertise. His father Charles was also kind and reassuring as usual helping me enjoy my vacation without extra worry. If ever I retire in PEI, they will be my go-to shop for my Mercedes.”

“I purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross back in December and I was really happy with the experience that i had with Charlottetown Mitsubishi. Thank you Fallon and everyone I dealt with. Everyone is professional yet chill.There are also lots of vehicles on the lot of all models and trims, so I was able to pick my vehicle up in a matter of days rather than waiting months like the current situation with other dealerships (something that was near on impossible for me.) I never felt pressured at any time, in fact the people at the dealership told me that they would rather sell vehicles that suit their customer’s budget and lifestyle, rather than pushing the most expensive on the lot like other dealerships. As far as the my vehicle is concerned, I was surprised at how well it drives and how well the Mitsubishi S-AWC (AWD) system works in snow. Also their warranty is the best I’ve seen! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, don’t overlook Charlottetown Mitsubishi.”

I asked if he could fit me in considering we were on vacation and had to get to places on our itinerary. Despite having a full day booked John managed to fit me in to repair the tire within an hour. “Was enrt from Halifax when I noticed a shredded tire on our trailer...weird I know! But I called Coastal and spoke with Rob. Off the hop I told him my name and the sitch. He treated me like we were buds (professionally) and had his guys attend. They were very professional, helpful, and empathetic. Even when I told Rob our location he gave me some local history and shared a few laughs. All in all...would I have Rob and his family over for some beers and a BBQ? Yes, yes I would!”

Fast forward to last week with a different vehicle, same problem…the repair wasn’t $6 but still very reasonable.
