“Driss is an exceptional store manager. I was in a situation where I bought in US but had to exchange/return in Canada. It's not a ECCO standard process but Driss provided very professional customer service and hodling a do whatever it takes attitude that helped me solved the problem. Even our interaction wasn't long but super effective. Driss even showed up to the store when he was supposed to off-duty to help me out as I was really runinng out of solution. “I went to this store to get a refund for a pair of boots I had purchased online, but that didn't fit. The refund was granted cheerfully in a no-questions-asked, hassle-free process. While I was there I decided to look around at the winter boots, since I still needed a pair. I tried on numerous pairs, and finally found one I like even better than the ones I returned. The employees were very helpful to boot (pun intended). ;)I also want to give a shout out to the customer-service agents who work in the call center. I had to phone the center several times with various inquiries after placing my order, one of which had to do with the fact that FedEx messed up the delivery of the boots mentioned above. The agent who answered that call got in touch with FedEx and got things moving to ensure that the boots would finally be delivered.All in all, Globo's customer service is superlative, and that's not something you can say about too many companies nowadays. It's obvious that Globo trains their employees well.”
