Genetik offers good service and my bike has always been well maintained on site.Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their items. There are NO pressure sales there.Genetik sells quality items for several different budgets. Employees do not try to sell you unnecessary items. It has personally happened to me to go there with the idea of buying myself an item and finally leaving without the item because they made me understand that I didn't need it (even if they had the item in store).When I go to repair my bike, they are always competitive on time and always find the problem quickly. They also notify me before doing an additional repair on my bike.For me, Genetik is my trusted shop since I have always been satisfied with the services received.”

They were more expensive at this store but I wanted to get the right size. You can get to the store using public transportation, the store is clean and has a big variety of items, a little girl was working that day but she was nice and helpful and the service was fast.
