“I had originally purchased a car one year ago from them that had given me many problems. after a year of trying to figure out what was going on and visiting multiple garages who could not figure out the many issues I was having, I lost confidence in my vehicle. Since it had been over a year that I had the car, and it was purchased as is (though supposedly with no issues at the time of purchase) I technically did not have a warranty for an exchange. It was a very stressful situation and based on past experiences with other companies, I was preparing myself to fight for a solution.I was pleasantly surprised at how caring and helpful the staff was! (very special thanks to Victor, Ramy, and Anthony!!) While they technically did not have to do anything for me, the staff went above and beyond, and did everything in their power to come to a fair solution for everyone. I walked in upset and left with a smile. They gave me every exception they could and were able to get me into a new vehicle that I LOVE!! I have had no issues so far with my new car, but the most important note that I have is with their customer service. I was stressed and tried my best to stay calm (though embarrassingly some tears were shed on my part). Right away, they told me they were there to help, and I was able to get a new car very quickly. They turned an unfortunate situation into a learning experience for me, and have even checked in on me to make sure I was satisfied and the car was running smoothly. I could not have asked for a better solution, so thank you again to everyone who helped me out, I cannot express my gratitude!”
