They were extremely honest and professional about the work that had to be done in order to repair the dented passenger door of my car. They gave the same repair process explanation as another garage I had inquired with, however KBEX pricing was unmatched. The quote they gave me was half the price of the competing garage, and KBEX's work was exceptional - my car looks as if brand new. They also went above and beyond and fixed an old scratch I had in the back of my car, something that was bothering me but I never thought to get patched up. And finally, as I worked a double-shift, KBEX was kind enough to deliver my car at my work and pick up the rental they had serviced me. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Highly recommend them! Through that first visit, and 2 following ones, I ended up purchasing my 2024 GLC 300 and driving out with it yesterday. I have to say I have never met a more knowledgeable and courteous representative. Mr. Too is patient, explains things clearly, and makes excellent suggestions with no pressure. By the time I drove off, I had 3 test runs, a memorable car unveiling that I videotaped, and a one-hour tutorial, with hands-on experience, on all the intricate features of that completely reworked model. No one had ever done this for me in such a thorough way. He even asked me to drop by after a few days of driving as I may have additional questions: I have none after his explanations. In summary, Mercedes Benz West Island is fortunate to have Mr. Too on its staff as he is the very definition of excellence.
