“If you don't have time to read and are shopping for a new car, just know this: Ask for Wessley.I've been window shopping on the internet for a while, and I was almost sure what I wanted. I work full time, so for me the idea to set foot in a dealership at anytime and spend hours there is not a luxury that I have, so it was important for me to have as much info as possible before even stepping foot in any dealer (because it always lasts hours and you end up leaving hungry or worse, hangry).I always start with quick emails to various dealers, asking them what they have in stock, additional info, etc. Practically every dealer either ignored me or asked me to "start the experience in person". No, I don't want to sit 3 hours in your office talking about a car you don't have on stock. Why are you trying to sell me floor mats on a car I have not even seen.Then came Arbour. It was rapid email exchanges with Wessley who's the person with who I was put in contact with. When I met him in person, same thing I told him my time is limited and he always respected that. Eventually we got a car on the lot after the wait time passed, and he was always quick to get stuff rolling, and in the whole experience, he did not try impose a thought or idea. If I didn't like the car, he felt that and it is what it is. I then moved on because my expectations were not met by the initial car. Not long after, I found something else on his lot, and asked him to get it ready for a time and day we agreed on. I arrived there on time, within minutes I was driving. Again, no time lost. Without any drama, we agreed on some numbers, I didn't need to witness the usual "let me check with my director" technique that they all do. None of that.Well, when the day came to pick up the car, it was everything I asked for. There was not a single missing detail, no car wash swirls on the car (dealers who do this should be fired on a rocket straight to the sun) And if that wasn't enough, Wessley called me a few days later to check if everything's alright, if I had any questions or feedback to share.So, here's my feedback to Arbour: Keep doing what you're doing.”

“Due to a crash I found myself needing a vehicle asap. My budget being $8000, I was in the market for a used Japanese vehicle with less than 100K km, not older than 11 years. From the few listings that matched my criteria, I settled on a 2012 Nissan Versa sold at Auto Legend. So upon test driving the Nissan Versa with the owner, Essam, I could hear and feel rumbling vibrations which I assumed were from the muffler. I purchased the vehicle but after checking with my mechanic, he recommended the muffler be eventually replaced.I exposed the issue to Essam and he offered to replace the muffler. I am extremely appreciative of that as he did not have to. But Essam informed me that customer satisfaction is his priority. Honesty is rare nowadays especially in a big city but Essam is a honest man. I brought back the vehicle to Auto Legend and not only did he replace the muffler, he also checked a warning message I was getting on my dashboard and reassured me it was a minor issue to a part needing vacuuming. Once the part was vacuumed, the message went away, and the vehicle runs as good as new :)”
