They were able to carry out a repair on our Ford transit (rust problem + paint on the roof) in a very timely manner and they adapted the repair according to our requests. I had asked another garage in the area before and they made it very complicated because of the height of the roof of our van and did not want to do the repair as requested. “Salvatore - I purchased a Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S after hearing many positive things about the brand and its reputation for quality materials and construction. Based on that reputation, I felt confident in my decision to buy one.
Unfortunately, my unit arrived with a few unexpected issues, including significant water intrusion in the passthrough storage compartment and a leaking window, despite the maintenance-free window design that Rockwood promotes.
This experience highlighted the importance of choosing the right dealership when purchasing an RV, whether new or used. Manufacturing and craftsmanship issues can happen with any product, but what truly matters is how those issues are handled once they are discovered.
I brought all of my concerns to the attention of the Passion RV team, and every issue was addressed professionally and repaired to my satisfaction.
