Friday Black Friday 10:50 a.m.I'm going to the store for a refund.. a lady at the entrance to pay to say hello tells me that today there is no refund.. there was 1 customer at the checkout.. frankly instead of paying a lady to say hello put it at the checkout… disappointing customer service..

Instead of helping us in person with a return, ask us to call customer service and wait 45 minutes in the store. In times of pandemic. The manager was aggressive and unpleasant.After contacting customer service, Aldo filed a complaint against the manager, since he had refused the return for no valid reason.
