Staff at the sales counter lack experience and do not ask customers enough questions and this creates frustration because there must be credits and waste of customer time. My order was treated wood and I asked for spruce board.

I had to bring back a pallet to get my credit and a course employee who didn't seem to want to work dropped the pallet on my foot!
