“My Guinea pigs, rabbits and cat have all been clients here for 17+ years. They always make you and your furry family member feel welcomed and that they are the best. They are gentle and sensitive. When my guinea pigs and rabbits passed, they were so sympathetic. In all these years I would have nothing negative to say except for their lessened hours and no longer have Saturday appointments. This is a huge inconvenience for the "parents" who work. After all these years to just have that one complaint, I think that is positive and reassuring.”

“Drove over 2 hours. Took my dog Wookie there for surgery, price was 700$ for opperation and post opp care. In Dorchester for same procedure cost was to start 3000+++. What a difference saved Wookie's life gave him couple more years. Great service. Highly recommend!!”
“I have been with Dr. Braga for over 20 years! She took care of all my labradors and my Rottweiler and now my Blackie beagle! I trust her explicitly! We are friends! She would even come to my home to put my dogs to sleep! There is no one like her or her husband, John! Compassionate and caring there are not enough words! Her staff has always been friendly and accommodating! I miss Mary, the front girl, desk, and secretary she was always so patient and kind with me! God bless!!”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”
“Dr. Melo is the best vet you will ever meet! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate too. Fairly priced as well. Recently had to put my dog down (heart failure and stopped eating and drinking) and it was the most humane process ever. They even mailed a card! You will never find a better place to bring your dog! Friendly and empathetic staff”

She followed her case consistently, gave us a clear treatment plan and specific recommendations. The vet techs were incredible and each morning we received a photo update on how our baby was doing. It made us feel so comforted to receive these updates. Every single tech I spoke to was extremely empathetic and efficient to answer any questions they had the capability to answer (I know I had a lot). Most importantly, They made sure our mocha had a comfortable stay while getting the treatment she needed. “I started bringing my cat here in January and I've had nothing but positive experiences. She was very nervous when she first came in and both the vet and vet techs were caring and patient with her. We've seen Dr. Pyun and Dr. Casey, and they both always go above and beyond to make sure she's getting the best care and that I go home with all the information I need. The staff has also made follow-up calls after some appointments, which is very nice. The doctors are great with answering any questions and concerns I have, and I really trust both of them to care for my cat. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to bring their pet here; they are extremely helpful and kind to both you and your pet.”

“Loved the speed and efficiency of the Vetco clinic and it's convenient to pick up a few things while there. One star removed due to an inability to escape untrained owners and dogs. This is not an ideal place if your dogs aren't trained, mostly because the sheer amount of untrained dogs that people bring into the store without a clue on being mindful of a healthy distance to avoid skirmishes. While not in the control of the clinic, there's no way to adequately space out.”

Dr Hart is also great with humans, she is easy to talk to and explains everything that is going on. It's obvious that she is very smart and knows her stuff. So happy I switched to this vet!”
