“I shop at this Walmart often and for most everything u need they're really good . But the automotive shop is a joke . So they say we're open until 7 pm and I bring my truck in for an oil change at 5 yesterday and they say we don't have time .. hold on there chief ... your open for 2 more hours and there are zero cars in the bays . Same thing today , I came in at 2 for the oil change and they won't do it with 5 hours left to go . Unbelievable. I won't be back . Shot out for that great service boys”

“North Kingston Kohls is so neat clean and organized. The Customer Service there is the best around. A lovely women helped me in Home Decor, I wish I got her name. she was so helpful and positive and talked about how great her team was. The cashier Rachel was so nice and helpful. She made my day! She is always kind which is why when my daughter is at practice and I need to kill time, it is a go to place for me for sure. Thank you to the management team for keeping a friendly, clean and comfortable place to shop !”

“I wish I could give 5 stars to this store that I love…I am a frequent buyer but tonight the experience with Diana was the worst, I called the store to make sure I could return two items without the receipt and she said I can, I drove 25 minutes but the lines were huge and I chose to come back again another time, which I did just to learn that she can’t make the refund to my card, instead of taking accountability she refused to acknowledge she gave me the wrong information right after remember about my call and dismiss me in a way that made me write this review because as a client I deserved at least a smile or an apology in a perfect world.I don’t have any problem following the rules and I was not rude with her, she was only dealing with a customer expressing a valid disappointment that caused me to drive back and forth with two babies when she could’ve be clear about the returning policies when I called a few days ago.Diana, learn to take accountability and treat your clients with respect.”

“Remoded inside so better flow, lighting and displays. Checkout counters are more visible. Starbucks total remodel and way more seating with opened walls to Macy's. I find the staff to always be friendly and helpful. I would give it five stars however they don't carry a big selection if any for Under Armour so basically better off shopping online.”

“My wife and I went into Tractor Supply with the intent of purchasing a chicken coup. All the employees were professional, attentive and not overbearing. The chicken coup we decided to purchase was located in outside storage. The store manager Sean completed the purchase for us and rather than have us wait for one of his team members that were assisting other customers Sean retrieved the chicken coup and safely loaded it into our vehicle. During the process Sean was a great communicator during the loading process. During the purchase process I also appreciate that Sean made sure we had info related to product support information and made it clear that he and his team members were there at any time if we needed any assistance. Great store, great leadership and great staff. If I need something, Tractor Supply of Johnston Rhode Island will be where I get it from.”

“A great place to find designer and regular brand clothing shoes, handbags, cosmetics, housewares, pets, small furniture items, paintings, mirrors, organizational help, kitchen and bath and travel suitcases. Dressing rooms for women are private with curtains or doors. Public restrooms and handicap parking ?️ available. They have kids toys as well, something for everyone!”

“Really like this store and the people working there. Everyone has been super nice and helpful always. My only downside is that sometimes specially in the cosmetics and beauty section there’s not much selection, the shelves are a bit empty. Other than that nothing but good to say. “This stores isles are very close together but it's very neat in the store is not chaos with things everywhere. I went in with the gift card on a mission to find some sneakers at a low cost I walk the entire store I found some sneakers and then I looked at some dresses and on my way back to look for second pair of sneakers I found a rice cooker. I have one of these in my Amazon cart for the next minute or so until I delete it but I bought the rice cooker instead I can go back another time to get the sneakers to store was cool The woman that waited on me at register six was so nice and extremely articulate”

“I've never been to this place in particular but House of Hope I have so much respect for as they do more than every other organization in RI.EVERY OTHER ORGANIZATION IS ENTITLED BY THE HOMELESS DRINKING DRUGGING AND ADDICTS BUT THEY TREATED ME LIKE I SHOULD BE TREATED. WHICH IS A VERY RARE THING. “I needed a replacement espresso coffeemaker, which I accidentally dropped and it shattered. I had a good feeling about finding a replacement. I searched and searched and couldn't find it. Then I searched again and looked behind a shelf support and I couldn't believe my eyes. I opened to check it and it was the PERFECT size! This was a very old machine they no longer make. Krupa has made it a standard small pot and I found it right here in my local Walmart. I can't believe I found an item one would normally have to order online. After searching three thrift stores I was delighted to find the exact size coffee pot! Came home and the lid fit perfectly! I am so pleased because these espresso machines are extremely expensive and I couldn't afford it. Bravo Walmart!”

“I was in Rhode Island two weeks ago and it was a cold spell. I only brought tshirts and now it's 45 degrees. What's a Southern dude to do? I headed to Target in hopes of finding something warm. In the men's department, I not only found a decent selection of warm wear on the clearance rack, found a discounted hoodie for $20! And in a pretty cool color. Easy to pay for it at the self-check out where the price rang up properly and I was on my way. Well done, Target! [Review 15283 overall, 785 of 2021, number 46 in Rhode Island.]”

The vibe lately is no customer service, which is the new service. Shopping is not so friendly. Anyway, I got most of my items. Checkout was fairly quick and orderly. Merry Christmas, ya'll .
