“Scott was super helpful and patient. When the process of moving is stressful enough, Scott made the process smooth easy. I was having a lm extremely busy day and it was nice to deal with someone who was kind and understanding of the situation. I am happy with my experience and Scott is the best!”
“Mike was most hospitable. Moving is tremendously stressful but Mike was so helpful. Importantly I was moving from a rental and purchasing and doing a gut reno. I finished ahead of time and went over to get my stuff. I also got an emailed bill that day. I asked Mike if I needed to pay it and he said if I am leaving today no. 100% I would have paid that and thought nothing of it. I appreciated his honesty. So many businesses are trying to make an extra buck when they can.”
“Guardain Franklin is a great location, friendly staff, easy U-haul pick up. The after hours drop off was simple. The location is easy to get in and out of with a 26' truck.”
“Erika was amazing! She helped after the north Smithfield location did everything incorrectly with my hitch install. She explained everything and showed me the problems and fixed it. She also ensured more problems did not arise when she volunteered to do a test drive. Had I worked with just her from the beginning I never would have any issues I’m sure.”
“It was pleasant, staff is very young but efficient. I hope there is an opportunity for me but I need to make more to survive. I have run a business for years and have a class A licence, wich I currently utilize in my current job. I am a go getter and am very good at delegating positions to make things run at their best. I'm looking for this position to climb my way up the cooperate ladder. I hope I will be compensated by the merit of my character and performance.”
“Toni was of exceptional assistance to me today. She loaded my vehicle with my entire order without being asked. She was professional, pleasant, and courteous. I would recommend this service, led by professionals like Toni, without hesitation.
Brava Toni and THANK YOU!!”
“Overall a great moving experience. As an out of state college student moving my things by myself for the first time, I was initially a little nervous, but the staff at this location was helpful and gracious. Dropping off my cargo was straightforward and efficient, and a mover coming back from a job generously helped me move everything inside, insisting on helping me even though he didn't have to. The manager even leant me a phone charger while I moved my cargo so I could call my uber and get home safe. Everyone I talked to was kind and courteous and truly went above and beyond; the staff at this location are a true testament to what quality customer service should look like.”
“Can’t say anything negative about my experience at this uhaul rental spot, we were in such a bind looking for a cargo van and literally only had 12 hours before making a 300 mile trip, the owner at this facility assured me don’t you worry I will have a cargo van at 4 pm for you, true to his word I got a phone call come pick up your van, literally brand new clean only 16,000 miles on it, waiting for me, made our whole trip as easy as could be, don’t go to any other uhaul facility without coming by here first. The whole experience was less than 15 minutes and your ready to go. Now that is awesome”
“Michael G. was incredibly professional and helpful while checking us back in. We also had a great time while picking up the van. It was clean and exactly what I needed. Probably the easiest moving van rental I’ve ever had.”
“Very helpful good customer service
no wait definitely satisfied with academy hardware uhaul rental trucks are very clean
Most of all the workers are all awesome very polite”
“The front receptionist was very nice. They do there best to get you out of there as quickly as possible ...we all know time is money lol I definitely recommend this place to get your U-Haul needs”
“These guys couldn’t have been more helpful! What a wonderful experience after such a long exhausting day. Easy, painless and very reasonable for the value!”
“Great place to rent a car, originally rented a car for a week and then had two extend it another three weeks due to mechanical problems with my own car. Great customer service from this place, shocked about all the one star reviews and how entitled people are. Will definitely rent from here again in the future.”
