From day one, the team has been incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me through pond care both over the phone and in person. Thanks to their advice, my pond is thriving. Every season, I stop in for water lettuce, hyacinth, and a few hardy submerged plants. I also love that I can bring in a water sample and they’ll test it on-site, offering tips if anything is off. Always friendly, always knowledgeable—can’t recommend them enough!”
