I understand the policy but a new person renting this same unit would receive promotion. Next year I will have to look elsewhere for my seasonal rental so I can receive the free month promotion. This policy Seems penny wise and pound foolish.”

“They were so nice! I came in to ask about a small spot of rust on my car door. A gentleman came out, looked at it, then came back and just sanded, applied something, painted it and fixed the spot right there! And didn't even charge! Then he answered my questions about other small dings and paint chips on my car, and recommended what to do with them. My usual car place said they didn't deal with rust spots, and referred me to Hal's for that. I guess Hal's Center does a lot of major repairs - there were cars lined up with bumpers missing or torn up in the parking lot, presumably waiting. It seemed pretty busy (must be popular?), but the folks still helped me with my spot of rust, and now I have peace of mind and more info on upkeeping my car!”
