“Rented a unit here for several years and never once had issues. The facility is well-lit, secure, and the price was reasonable. The locks used are a bit pricey, but for an inset lock that is effectively pick-proof, it is well worth it. If you're looking for a storage place that won't break the bank and will keep your stuff safe from the elements and bad people, this is the place to go.”

“I had the most blessed and thankful experience with Carlos from this location. I’m relocating to Florida from CT and it’s been a series of unfortunate events. Yesterday was my LAST day to get my pod self loaded after a failed attempt on Saturday.
I was 30mins past the close time when I finally arrived. Carlos came out like an angel and said “no worries…I’ve got you!” I legit broke down into tears. I had been on hold with the PODS customer service dept for over 1.5hrs PRIOR to I was due to arrive. Carlos took care of me and not only picked my pod himself but provided a lock because I’d left mine behind. He made sure I was taken care of and I’ll be forever grateful to him and his kindness considering they were closed.
If I could give him 10⭐ for just overall great service I’d would.
That man is a walking angel amongst us.
