“Can’t say enough about our experience with KK Rowan at Coastal Bedding (the Bluffton Store). KK really listened to our concerns, the features and benefits we were looking for in a mattress as well as stayed respectful of our budget. She was patient, answered all our questions and found us the perfect mattress and adjustable base. The delivery team was excellent. They moved our old mattress and box spring, allowing us time to vacuum where the old bed had been as well as time to cover the new one in an allergy zippered cover. They worked with us to determine the best height for the new bedframe that works for us. HIGHLY recommend talking with KK @ Coastal Bedding when you need new bedding. Excellent service all the way around from sale to delivery.”

The owner, Mary Moore went above and beyond to find an answer for me knowing I wasn’t buying a mattress from her. Mary provided several great ideas to help me solve the issue I am experiencing. I felt very welcomed and ended up chatting with her for several minutes. Mary taught me so much about mattresses in such a short amount of time-which I greatly appreciated. “I have been using The Mattress Shop for over 10 years. I work with Reggie and he is top notch! He has furnished 3 homes with beds for me. All have been amazing. His team is always on time and so easy to work with. But Reggie out did himself last month. My Mama is 88 and needed a bed that she could get in and out of. He was amazing. He told me how to measure to get the correct height. He ordered her bed, set it up and she decided she wanted a larger bed. He made the whole process so easy. He never hesitated, he ordered her a new bed and she loves it! He will take great care of you and your family! A family owned and operated business. This is the only place I will buy beds from!!!”

“All was ok! Our king size split bed, sheets,pillow cases etc all added up to $8000. Bed is now paid for. Unfortunately, we no longer can use our setup. What options,if any are you aware of any, do people (were 80 yrs old) have to move on? We have enjoyed our bed but in retrospect, feel we were oversold.
