Needed a same day storage rental, drive up, easily accessible. Called a different location who was forwarding calls to this location and gosh, it was my lucky day. Kayla answered, she must have been able to tell I stressed. She found the perfect unit for me, took all my information over the phone. Sent me everything via email and text. I arrived just as the office was closing and had trouble finding my unit; I called and Kayla happened to be there late. She walked me through how to find it, thankfully. 15 minutes later, she was out there to check on me. I was shocked. I assumed she owned this franchise location based on how attentive, diligent and available she was. Turns out, she is just a terrific member of management, So thankful she was there to help get me situated, both by phone and upon arrival.

“John and his crew moved us from our old home to our new home a few miles away. They did a fantastic job. We had them pack for us and everything arrived in one piece. They were very careful with our furniture and placed everything where I asked. The charge for moving and packing was very reasonable. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.”
