Needed a same day storage rental, drive up, easily accessible. Called a different location who was forwarding calls to this location and gosh, it was my lucky day. Kayla answered, she must have been able to tell I stressed. She found the perfect unit for me, took all my information over the phone. Sent me everything via email and text. I arrived just as the office was closing and had trouble finding my unit; I called and Kayla happened to be there late. She walked me through how to find it, thankfully. 15 minutes later, she was out there to check on me. I was shocked. I assumed she owned this franchise location based on how attentive, diligent and available she was. Turns out, she is just a terrific member of management, So thankful she was there to help get me situated, both by phone and upon arrival.

“Exceptional! I can't say enough good things about this storage space and about Paul. I was moving and did not know exactly how much storage I needed, but Paul explained everything to me in detail and worked with me to ensure I would have enough space for my belongings so I wouldn't be left hanging on my move date. The units I saw were very clean, great temperature for climate control, well lit and easy to access. He genuinely cared about me and my situation and did everything he could to make the process customer-friendly, which is rare these days.
