Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have contacted them multiple times via email and phone to ask when my revised tax return will be done and they do not respond. This has been going on for months.

Got hooked up with this group through my franchise and they are terrible. They turn over their bookkeepers often and tell me my month end financials are ready and they didn’t even book a payroll which tells me they don’t reconcile accounts every month. Thank goodness I never had them do my taxes.
