“They worked tirelessly to find the issue and fix the truck. Tried multiple things to figure it out without a code to go off of. The truck finally threw a code and within a couple of days had me back on the road. I was able to use a loaner truck while mine was in the shop. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.”

Sadly the piece I asked them to replace was not the issue, they took enough pride in their work to refer me to a diesel shop for what they felt was out of their expertise. “Not necessarily car trouble related but we had a 5 week old kitten climb up into our car while at the gas station. I couldn't for the life of me get this little guy to climb out so I walked down to the shop and asked if anyone could help. Charlie had me bring the car around and put it on the lift where we were able to get the kitten out. We brought him to the vet and he's good to go. They didnt have to help me out, didnt charge me anything, and didnt hesitate to lend a hand; so I give them 5 stars and will be bringing my cars there in the future as a thank you.”
