I wish I could give zero stars, my service was absurdly unhelpful and the staff member was rude while addressing me. The health website does not work properly forcing me to use the messaging function, putting my spring semester schedule in the hands of people who could care less about my well-being. Terrible experience.

Ugh, this place is still just as awful as it was decades ago. On hold for days, and get completely different answers depending on who was on the phone with you last. BTW, my guess is I will get a CYA reply that will read "so sorry you had this experience!" No, they are so sorry I left this review, lol.

USC conveniently only accepts USC insurance so be prepared for them to charge you like crazy for anything beyond talking to you.
