“Absolutely amazing museum! Made a pitstop over in Elloree after visiting Santee and was pleasantly surprised to find the town had a museum. Being that my niece just so happens to share her name with this town it was a must see! Admission to the site is $6 per adult and includes those little headset things that speak at each exhibit! In total it took a little over an hour to stop and explore each exhibit but this was totally worth it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area or that is interested in history. Could not say enough nice things about the folks working the front desk and the museum as a whole. Definitely a hidden small town gem!”
