Tried calling for the first time and it goes straight to voice mail for a Michelle, doesn't mention the business name. Web site says its open till 8? I'm guessing the business number is wrong?

I felt like she didn't even try. I don't know why she didn't communicate if she felt lost. I showed her the picture and even asked if it was possible . The layers are uneven and I feel even more awkward than before.
