“The entire staff at Spectrum is helpful and knowledgeable. Before visiting in person I called in and was so happy to have gotten to speak with a human being after almost no wait (I previously spent upwards of 15 minutes on hold at Ace Hardware waiting for someone I could just ask two simple questions). Meghan answered all my questions and gave me some interesting information as well. At the store, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Meghan helped get me set up and mix some sample colours for me. While she was doing that, Miranda helped me get information on high gloss finishes, which are not available from most other hardware store paint departments. Their knowledge about the products far surpassed anything I have been able to get from Ace or Home Depot. Trina was also able to provide additional information about certain products and availability. I do as decent amount of painting, overall I would say the prices are fair, but the service, experience and knowledge are far superior to anything I have found elsewhere for Benjamin Moore paints. I will definitely come back for my future painting needs.”

Went to the register and lady there was really nice. As soon as the Latino worker heard me speaking English she asked if we needed help to what I responded no thank you!
