The house is great and Luann is fabulous to work with! Having been coming to Hilton Head for decades, we are glad to have now found our new "go-to" spot. In our opinion this is, by far, the best beachfront home rental option available on the island.

10 Ketch is a great rental. This is the second time for me and I would definitely go back. The location is wonderful. Great beach access and private pool. The kitchen has everything you would need. Love the location of 10 Ketch. We have enjoyed the pool, spa, and proximity to the ocean....and those 2 refrigerators are perfect. The owner also provides pool toys, beach chairs, and plenty if beach towels saving packing roomfor all those special things you don't want to leave behind...
