“I always enjoy seeing the same faces and getting the same care for each one of my dogs. Because of where I’m located, we do a lot for the local shelters and other homeless pets. I appreciate being able to come on such short notice. Because sometimes we don’t have the time to wait two weeks when we have to get these guys out of the state. So I truly truly appreciate that. I feel that the care that all of our pets receive their is top-notch! These photos are from our most recent visit. We named this guy Remi, and he will be going to Connecticut to find his new family!”

“Howard Farms boarding facility in Lexington, South Carolina, has been using Dr. Privett for over 30 years now. He has been caring for my horses and
my client's horses as well. Dr. Privett is one of the most knowledgeable, caring veterinarians, that I've had the privilege to work with over the years. His passion to teach others is very noticeable upon every visit.
I highly recommend Equicare.”

“Staff is very professional. Calmed me down from all of my nerves with my big boys paw injury. Price was very reasonable to include the meds to get him up and moving again.”

“Dr Erin Trimmier is an exceptionally good veterinary doctor. She is compassionate, extremely patient oriented, caring and highly proficient in animal care. She has a wonderful rapport with owners, listens to and addresses their concerns and keeps owners informed. She treats all animals as if they were her own. Her clinic, Ambassador Animal Hospital, is second to none. I trust her judgement and skills implicitly. I highly recommend her. This recommendation is based not only on past visit to her clinic but on the extraordinary steps she recently took to save our family cat, a process she was personally involved in everyday over the Christmas holiday. She's good; really good.”

“Drs Joe and Erin Tremier, the other vets in their practice, as well as their staff members are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I’ve ever dealt with. They’re great, knowledgeable doctors I always knew I could trust. I’ve been taking my dogs to Ambassador Animal Hospital since before they bought the clinic, and stayed with them because I liked them so much. The staff is equally as competent and kind. This week, Dr Joe had to put my precious Schauzer down because she was old and sick. With Covid procedures, I couldn’t go into the office with my dog, had to leave her for him to work her in. He didn’t string me out, examined her and called me promptly to verify what I had felt, that it was time to let her go. He couldn’t have been kinder as I cried on the phone asking him to help her go to sleep. I received the kindest card from the clinic with a personal note from Dr Joe.Not sure I’ll get another dog, but if I do, I will certainly go back to this practice.”

“I can't recommend SWAC enough. We first came to them because of their generous urgent care hours. They are open 7 days a week, and late into the evenings during much of the week. We stayed because we were incredibly impressed with the care our pets receive. We have seen and liked every vet in the practice. I have found most of them graduated in their recommendations, offering suggestions for conservative approaches as well as more exploratory ones. When we've needed to get our pets in, they're usually able to see them in 1-2 days. All of the vets and their staff have been great listeners and incredibly gentle with our pets. I have to give a special recognition to Dr. Harris, who we see the most now, and who helped us say goodbye to our beagle mix Violet. He was so gentle with her and with us--showing her affection, listening carefully to our concerns, narrating what we could expect at each stage of the euthanasia process. He knew her background well even though he had not seen her in some time. It was one of the most difficult days of our lives, but Dr. Harris's kindness and respect for Violet's dignity continues to be a source of comfort among otherwise painful memories of that day. I would also recognize Dr. Otis who guided us through a torn CCL with our older dog Luna. He helped us managed her pain and walked us through a more conservative wait and see approach, because we didn't want to put our elderly dog through a surgery she might not need. Under his care, she healed up smoothly in the time-frame he told us to expect. SWAC is expensive--can't sugarcoat that--but the cost of care is well worth it for the quality and compassion of these vets and their staff. Bonus: a separate, quieter wing for cats! Our cat has never had an easier vet experience. Also: we've been impressed with their pandemic precautions. They did full curbside service for the first 18 months, and since had placed people and pets in rooms right away. All business including settling up is done in the room, and as of Nov. 2022, if they see you enter the practice with a mask, their people mask up around you too.”

“We love Carolina Paws so much that when we walk by my dog wants to visit them even when he doesn't have an appointment. He comes back from a grooming appointment clean and fluffy, smelling so good, and clipped just right.”

“I’ve been bringing my pets here for years and have always had such a positive experience. The entire staff is kind and professional. We’ve seen Dr. Bradley for both our cats and our dog, and she has been absolutely amazing. We’re so grateful for the consistent, compassionate care they provide!”

“I started taking my cat Juno here years ago. She had severe health and behavioral problems and Dr. Bierman offered multiple treatments to improve her quality of life (and ours). Their team treated us with incredible grace after her passing. We now bring our cat Chunk to them. She’s much sweeter than Juno and easier to love, but it’s obvious that they treat all animals with care…even the difficult ones. On top of that, it’s easy to get an appointment and their prices are reasonable. They are practical in their recommendations and consider both you and your pet’s well-being when presenting treatment options.”

“You’d find it truly difficult to find a better care team for your dogs and cats. I was referred to Doctor Weber by a gentleman I worked with when I got my first puppy almost 20 years ago. One of her vet techs at the time was from Germany, and actually knew about the rare German gun dog that I found. They have kept my 3 Wachtelhund’s healthy and happy, and saved the rescue tom cat from urinary tract disease.
Not to mention she hires the sweetest people;
Happy Vet Tech Week!”

“I will forever be thankful for this clinic!

A few weeks ago I called this clinic and all military vet clinics within a 4 hour drive from me to see who can do my pet’s health certificate. None were available including this clinic. And then a couple weeks later I get a call from Fort Jackson vet letting me know they have an availability opening up to do my pet’s health certificate. I was so surprised and grateful that they remembered that I was looking for someone to do a health certificate. Apparently they keep a list of who needs one done and gives them a call if they have openings. The staff and Dr. Laws are very kind.

Highly recommend this clinic!”

“I love the care team for my 2 dogs. We love Dr. Bri! She does a phenomenal job taking care of my 2 girls, and so does Dr. Gonzales when they are in her care. They answer all of my questions without hesitation, no matter how many I ask. When I rescued 2nd dog, she was so malnourished and had many issues, but Dr. Bri was attentive and told me all I needed to do to get my girl healthy. She's just caring! My dogs are cared for at the Banfield near Ft. Jackson! I must give a special shout out to Mrs. Sonya! While all the of assistants and techs are great, I do have a higher level of peace when I see her smiling face because she has literally been there since I walked in with my first Pampered Pooch when she was about 10 weeks old and she is now 8! There's comfort in consistency of care! I appreciate her and this entire team!

Baby & Callie appreciate them and so do I!”
