“Three words, great customer service! I set up an appointment to have my wiper blade motor looked at but they had me come in ahead of time for a quick look. Had a loose nut that secured the blade, they tightened it and I was on my way! No appointment necessary”
“We bought an older used truck from them for my daughter. Don always answered messages immediately, and he, his wife, and his daughter were friendly and helpful. A few weeks later, the truck had an issue he couldn't have foreseen, and even though he was under no obligation to do so (since we bought it as-is), he told us to bring it back for him to look at and then fixed it at no charge. I felt like Don was more concerned with taking care of us than just making a buck, which was refreshing and appreciated!”

“You won't find a more honest experience dealing with shops than these guys. I'm a mechanic myself, but don't have the necessary equipment or time to do automotive so I took my car to them. They checked it out and came back with an honest assessment of the issue informing me the issue wasn't severe enough less I wanted to spend as much finding the noise as fixing it, and even replaced a part in the diagnostics free of charge isolating the issue. I assumed as much, but am humble enough for an expert second opinion. It's a great feeling to know there is still good business with good people left in this world.”
“I would totally give Frankie and Claude 10 stars if I could. They not only helped fix my car but they basically saved my boyfriend and I from sleeping outside for the night. We broke down 7 hrs away from home and they were so caring and helpful, they took time out of their day to get us a place to stay and make sure we were safe for the night.”
