That was my review in 2021. FAST FORWARD 5 years and it is now time to move back to our home town in another state. Hoping Erica and John would be just as good at helping us sell a home as they were at helping us find a home, we reached out to them first. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I honestly do not know how they find time to sleep. Erica worked so hard to help guide us with prepping indoor and outdoor living spaces. She walked us through a well-thought out plan and once we were ready for the market she was there to guide us through each step. She was constantly in touch with what was happening in the market and stayed on top of things. We moved before putting the house on the market which no doubt can complicate things in some ways. She and John both were great to stop by and check on the house more than I would have ever expected anyone to do. “I've been to many ski resorts, but Steamboat is by far, the best experience of my life. 1st day, the slopes were packed and groo.ed, and day 2, we got about 13 inches of fresh powder. Visibility was tough, but not to the fault of the resort. Plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do with an adult group or with families. The lifts at the bottom were a bit long, but moved rather quickly. All ski staff and hospitality workers are excellent and friendly.”
