Finding an honest mechanic can be tough, but I always know I can trust James. He only makes necessary repairs, never pads the bill, and never tries to upsell you on things you don't need. On top of his honesty, his customer service is amazing. I can always get my car in within a few days, and he is incredibly accommodating with his schedule—allowing for early morning drop-offs or after-hours pickups that fit perfectly around my work schedule.
As a single mom, I especially appreciate how he looks out for his customers and provides complete peace of mind. My son is getting ready to drive my late-model Toyota van cross-country to Utah for university, so I asked James to do a safety inspection to check the brakes and ensure it was road-trip ready. He did a phenomenal job thoroughly inspecting the vehicle and making sure it is safe and prepared for such a long journey.

I had my starter go out of my 2006 chevy trailblazer and took them the new starter and they put it on the next day. I was so happy to have my car back. I am also going to let them do a tune up with my spark plugs and wires in June already got that set up for a appointment. “Shout out to the folks at Twin Lakes for making a vision come true! I wanted half doors for my wife’s jeep (maybe I get to drive it too) and they matched color perfectly and got the look right! I ordered tubular doors that came rhino lined black/gray and asked them to paint them. They were concerned about the look with the texture and outcome. I could see their point but was too excited to get the safari doors on the car to care that much. Well they took longer than initially quoted to get the doors back to me. Turns out that with their expertise and knowing what I wanted to get to, they invested in my project and took the extra steps to sand down and get the smooth gloss to really match the jeep texture and the flow of the vehicle. The result is cherry! We are so happy with the look and outcome and would definitely recommend them. Upon delivery the folks that worked on the doors came out and were excited to deliver! “I ordered a starter from AutoZone and thought I would put it on myself. Turns out, I don't have time! S I called Priority to ask how much they would charge. Instead of telling me prices (like ALL of the other mechanics in the area) he worked with me over the phone to see if I REALLY needed my starter replaced. He determined that I probably had a bad battery and offered for me to come in and he would take a look at it. I was too far away, so he told me one of the parts stores could test my battery. Sure enough, it was my battery! Priority IS about the customer, even if they can't make any money from them! Unfortunately, we all have car troubles, and when I have a problem in the future, I will DEFINITELY be using them!! Thank you, sincerely, for saving me tons of money for parts and labor even though you got nothing out of it!”

I have a service dog who accompanies me everywhere I go. She is a bulldog and is very sensitive to extreme heat. She could have died without A/C. I'm so thankful to Brock's Car repair.”
