I had my starter go out of my 2006 chevy trailblazer and took them the new starter and they put it on the next day. I was so happy to have my car back. I am also going to let them do a tune up with my spark plugs and wires in June already got that set up for a appointment. “Seneca is my hometown, but I live down in Hartsville South Carolina. While working at Oconee I need my AC looked at. Everywhere I called, said it would be two weeks before I could get in. I stopped by this shop, and he told me that if I could get it back by Monday early, he would work me in. I was there at his opening time, and he got me straight in. He told me that I needed to have a hose replaced and will order it and replace it if I could bring it back the next day. I did that and he had me fixed within an hour. Maybe an hour and a half.I just want him to know that I do appreciate his business and being such a good person.”

“Great people, called ahead for an appointment and went flawlessly when it was scheduled. Discussed options and routing for an exhaust I wanted made and they were more than willing to share information and discuss options. Forgot to order a high flow resonator in advance but they had them in house at the same price I found online. 2.5 inch with a high flow resonator starting from my catalytic converter out the back was $280ish. Can't really beat that!”

“I ordered a starter from AutoZone and thought I would put it on myself. Turns out, I don't have time! S I called Priority to ask how much they would charge. Instead of telling me prices (like ALL of the other mechanics in the area) he worked with me over the phone to see if I REALLY needed my starter replaced. He determined that I probably had a bad battery and offered for me to come in and he would take a look at it. I was too far away, so he told me one of the parts stores could test my battery. Sure enough, it was my battery! Priority IS about the customer, even if they can't make any money from them! Unfortunately, we all have car troubles, and when I have a problem in the future, I will DEFINITELY be using them!! Thank you, sincerely, for saving me tons of money for parts and labor even though you got nothing out of it!”

I bought 5 used, but in gouda shape tires for a very gouda price (I'm not gonna say cause different sizes, different prices), but in any case you're more likely to spend more money everywhere else! Do yourself a favor when you need tires (new, or used) and check them out! Pro tip... folding money is a better negotiator than electronic any day! “I had excellent service the past two times I have been here. Yesterday had appointment at 3:00 to change 4 tires. They started on the car at 3:13 and I had a text at 3:43 that it was finished. You are able to shop and buy tire’s online and have them put on at the store or if you want, pick them up and take them somewhere else. It’s nice to catch tires on sale to save some money if you have time and not in an emergency situation. The only gripe that I have is the checkout area I had to wait maybe 5 minutes for someone to help check me out. But definitely they way to go with new tires is buy them online first and choose the pickup option and when you checkout set an appointment time to have them installed. Also recommend an appointment time in late afternoon as it seems less busy the few times I have been there.”
