“Took our kittens in to establish care. It probably didn’t help my first impression to arrive at the old location on John B White and find no one there. So I showed up at the Pine Street location late and frazzled, and a little annoyed that the old name & address for RRAH still shows up on Google Maps when in fact it has a new name and location. I wish the person with whom I made the appointment had made this clear. A reminder probably would’ve helped too, as my middle-aged brain tends to forget these types of details. 🤦🏻♀ Aaaaanyway. Four stars for all the confusion. But everything else was fine. The staff and doctor were all very nice, and the prices seemed reasonable.
Just a suggestion: I would’ve liked to have the option to keep the kittens in the room for their exam and shots. Some people like to see what’s being done and have a chance to be present and comfort their pet.”

“Dr Jamison provided me with hope when I had nowhere else to turn. I am so thankful for him and his assistant for looking after my cat after injuring his paw. He’s the only vet in the area that isn’t out to price gouge down on their luck pet owners. For the people who complain about the facility, take your animal to the place down the road that cost $$$$ more. I’m so glad I found him and will continue to take my animals when they need to be seen.”

“These guys are awesome! Went for the first time today with our 10 week old puppy . They got us in fast and were professional! Very organized! The ladies were very sweet and the Doctor was kind. The prices are a lot cheaper than the vet also a lot more convenient! I recommend!”
