Dr Kay was on time and seemed to be in a good mood. She asked questions, she listened attentively, and was engaged with me. She did not talk at me, she talked with me. We layed a plan for a concern I have. She gently remined me of prophylactic things I needs to do that are outside of her practice. I am pleased.
