“I highly recommend Tri State. The level of service and quality of the work is excellent. I had originally ordered an OEM windshield through the big national glass replacement company that my insurance referred me to. After waiting two and a half months and not hearing any updates about my order I called to inquire and to my surprise they didn't even have me in their system and had never placed the order. I then called Tri State and the windshield was ordered immediately and I was given regular updates on its expected delivery. Once the windshield arrived it was inspected and the repair was scheduled.
