Very helpful and patient. They will take the time to do research on your behalf as well as explain things you might not understand right off hand. Insurance can be confusing so having people take the time to explain things in detail is greatly appreciated!

I want to tell you, Sarah, at this agency is just the kindest and most skilled lady I've ever talked to in a State Farm office. She went above and beyond to help me. Plus she knows her business. I'm so impressed with her. I haven't met Mr Waddell yet but I hope he gives her a big fat raise❤
