At drive thru when making a deposit, the teller has to send a text to your cell phone so that you can verify, with her watching you, that you are NOT A ROBOT. Have no idea how many robots are trying to make drive thru deposits.

Pathetic service. Wire didn't go through for 2 months and they gave us wrong info, wouldn't tell us anything for weeks, etc. They say they'll call you back when the person you need is available but 5 hours go by with no call and you have to call again. Ridiculous how they just do not care

The drive thur takes forever to get though . Better off going inside to do anything ,if your tring to get it done in time .
