I highly recommend this gym!! it's a great place. the atmosphere is set and you can work out at your own pace without feeling rushed! Terence is an AWESOME INSTRUCTOR. He really cares about you and your health

BASIC Training and Event Center is geared towards community enhancement and doubles as an event space. We offer free wifi to the community and mentorship for families and small businesses. The open space allows #BASIC to be transformed for almost any type of event. We collaborate with other businesses to host events and to provide community outreach. #BASIC-Brothers And Sisters In Collaboration is a faith based organization.
