“Over many years and numerous furry family members I have used the services at Walhalla Veterinary and will continue to do so. The Front Desk Staff are very friendly, helpful, and love animals. The Doctors and Vet Techs are very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Many times, Dr. Stroud has gone over and beyond to help me with whatever situation my pet may be going through.”

“Gucci needed her vax updated. I warned them that she is a "screamer" meaning she is really loud when she's hurt. I never heard a peep out of her when they took her back and she didn't shake for hours after we left. They need to give me the secret! ? Thank you for whatever you did. 5 stars”

“This office is amazing. Dr. Magley and all the associates in the office are the most professional and informative. They all care for my 2 cats and my big fat Dog and they all have wonderful attitudes and manage to get our little critters quick appointments whenever there's a day of emergency. They are quick for follow ups and really love all the animals there. Shout out to Gilbert the welcoming cat that is sure to calm any nervous human or animal upon arrival. Thank you all so much!”

“If our golden retrievers, Daisybelle (a 6 year old patient) and Sunshine (a 2 year old patient) could talk, they would tell you that the staff at Seneca Animal is the best around. Daisybelle has had some serious issues and surgery procedures in the past few years and is fine now and they still monitor her closely. And, basically, Sunshine would not be with us today if not for the diligence and professional concern that was shown to him and to us when we had to drop in without an appointment early on a Saturday morning with a suddenly lethargic and very sick puppy. Because of their knowledge and expert care to cover all of the bases, he was given emergency care that day and then closely monitored for the next 4 months; he is thriving, growing, and they are still looking out for him with close supervision. He was 2 years old in July and we didn't know he'd ever make it. Even though they are busy, busy folks with lots of pets to care for, I truly believe they make every pet and pet parent feel like they are the most special pet they serve! And I do believe their expertise in veterinary medicine has made a difference in the lives of our dogs! And when I say "they", I am referencing all of the staff from the front reception desk to the examination rooms!”

“We are switching to a different vet, Dr. Axson and his wife do a good job but we had a big issue with one of the desk people. Our cat was seen by Dr. Axson on Wednesday, she had been vomiting not eating much. He did a number of tests and gave us a antibiotic to give her. She was worse on Thursday and stopped eating altogether. I called and talked to one of the receptionists, I told her the cat was worse and I didn't know if the medicine was causing this or what was going on. Two hours go by and I call back, she practically admonished me for calling back, said they 24 to 48 hours to call.. the next day still no call and our cat was having trouble breathing. I called back get the same woman and she suggests taking the cat to a emergency vet. She said they were booked up and only one vet there. She finally asked did I want her to talk to Dr. Axson, I said yes, he said to bring the cat in immediately. He hospitalized her but she died during the night. I'm sure he did all he could but if I had gotten a call back Thursday perhaps it might have made the difference. When we got there Friday the office was about as slow as I've seen it. This after she claimed they were to busy. I find this unacceptable and will start going to a different facility.”
