“Purchased a television and sound bar system last year as well as a small deep freezer. Had some issue with the seal on the deep freezer a couple months later. They had someone out within a matter of a couple of days, tried to fix and realized they couldn't and didn't carry the part. They offered me a swap to a different unit at absolutely no cost to me. Also, their delivery and installation guys are fantastic. They call ahead to make sure you're home, they aren't bulls in a china shop, and make sure you are happy with everything before they leave. I fully intend on future purchases with Karl's when the day comes I need any new appliance.”
