“Went to inquire about a Goodyear tire rebate that I have saved - offered by T Mobile. Graham is privately owned, so cannot honor my rebate.I was Very impressed that he knew the specifics of "how" I use the offer / rebate !! Thanks !!SO often I hear, "I have no idea about that", when I believe they should be aware because it's their line of business. Perhaps I expect people to seek knowledge like I do...I don't judge though. I RESPECT the honest admission of not knowing, rather than a lie.This place was recommended by 4 people, btw.I'm from Kentucky & need tires, but it's best I deal with my local Kentucky Goodyear-owned dealer - in case of a problem.Loved the "Rubber" Christmas tree ! ???”
