“We were traveling back from Wyoming to Ohio. Halfway through our trip we noticed our tire was getting worn fast in the back rear. We were searching for a tsc to stop at and rest until morning when they opened. I decided I wanted to sleep at the highway patrol center in town . When we woke we realized when were across the street from this place. I couldn’t be more thankful for them. They opened at 8am and we were out of there by 820 with a new tire ! They were very friendly , professional, and quick. They took us right in with no appointment or anything and we were able to get right back on the road to Ohio ! 10/10 recommend”

“I'm from out of town I was traveling from rapid City to Grand forks North Dakota to visit my dying friend in hospice. I got just outside of Mitchell and my just stopped. I finally got it started and limped it into town. It's 4 in the afternoon. It was suggested I call lawyer auto.ibexplained the situation and Amazing he said bring it right in. Wow! They were all sooo nice. They got to the bottom of the problem. And they fixed it. Just like that! Not an inexpensive fix by any means. I'm old I forget everything is very expensive .My car was fixed I was very grateful. All tho I could no longer afford to go see my friend I was grateful I was able to go home. And grateful they fixed it so fast.”

“When driving an overloaded 77 Chevy suburban towing an overloaded trailer from Indiana to Montana we blew out our transmission near Chamberlain, SD. We were towed back to "Transmission Pros" in Mitchell. They moved us to the head of the line, and had the transmission rebuilt by noon the next day. The rebuilt transmission was still fine when the rest of the car died of rust 5 years later. We will always be indebted to "Transmission Pros" for the fast, high-quality work they provided. Wish all repair shops were that good.”

“Experienced problems with tires while passing through the area. We stayed overnight in Mitchell and a search showed Graham sold the brand of tires on our car. JD at the Mitchell store examined out tires, confirmed the issue. He was very friendly and helpful. Asked good questions about where the car will be used (snowy environment or not, annual mileage, etc.). Provided options to replace all 4 tires. Prices were very good. They replaced the 4 tires in less than an hour while we toured the Corn Palace, which is right next door. Definitely a good experience.”

“Sunday afternoon I had a blow out carrying 9000 lbs of steel rods. I run a hotshot pickup with a 20 ft trailer that has 4 wheels. I knew my jack couldn’t handle it on the side of the road so I limped my way to the nearest town of Mitchell, SD where a Walmart automotive was opened much to my surprise being on a Sunday. My rim was damaged in the blow out so I couldn’t purchase a new tire. I had a delivery time to keep otherwise I would be financially penalized so I was worried how this magic trick was going to happen without me being a day down and out several hundred dollars. Ashley appeared with a great smile and an amazing attitude and said let’s take a look at it. I dismissed myself to run to the restroom and when I got back they had put my spare on using a huge jack. At check out there was no charge. Just a receipt with 0.00 due. I was shocked at not only the sweet price but especially the kindness and understanding of Ashley and the two gentlemen working with her. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. In my business time is money and they saved my whole job not only for me but the people waiting on the supplies I was carrying. This hands down was the best Walmart experience I have ever had. People sometimes don’t realize how they effect others and this team helped not only me but everyone down my supply chain by taking care of me quickly, kindly and professionally.
