Mitchell Telecom, and especially Glenda, have provide fabulous service. My mother recently moved rooms in a senior facility, and although their schedule was full for a few days, Glenda reached out after a cancellation and let us know it would be moved up. You guys have like the worst service because whenever you're getting a bill it's not until 5 days after the bill then you guys give that like between 5 to 7 days to pay your bill and if not it gets turned off like you guys don't give anybody amount of time

Internet’s always slow has constant spikes very annoying Edit: Now the cable without cable boxes don’t even work and the internet isn’t either
