We rent from Premier and they have been wonderful. Super communicative and prompt when responding to maintenance requests, and their portal is very user friendly and makes it easy to document anything needed. Friendly staff anytime we interact with them. Great people to work with!

These guys are awesome! Apartment was nice, they fixed issues immediately, replaced appliances that were outdated rather than ugly shotty repairs and they are honest. I followed the list for cleaning when I left and I received all but a couple hundred dollars of my deposit back. By far the best in Vermilion ?
