“As a very worried mom, 13 hours away, my son was stranded on the side of the road at College and our wonderful driver Brennen was so professional and courteous when I spoke to him on the phone he put my mind ease that my son would be cared for quickly and safely. I’m sure to many a tow truck service is just a tow truck service but when it’s your loved one on the side of the road in 33° weather and there’s nothing you can do as a mom. It was very reassuring to know that someone cared and made all efforts to get there quickly and safely and help my child so thank you and kudos kudos kudos to you Brennan.”

“I’ve been taking my vehicles to Fenders for work and inspections for some time now. As someone who buys, sells, and trades cars but is not a mechanic myself, I really appreciate their straightforward and transparent approach.
They always take the time to clearly explain what work is needed, provide upfront pricing, and make sure I’m comfortable before proceeding. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and the work is consistently high quality. On the rare occasion something isn’t fully resolved, they address it promptly and without hesitation.
Pricing is generally fair, though I do find their oil changes to be on the higher side. That said, I’m willing to pay a little more because I have full confidence the job is done correctly. I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else.
Scheduling is another strong point. They usually have availability and are flexible. Even when they’re booked out, they work with you to get your vehicle in and completed in a timely manner.
Overall, Fenders delivers convenient scheduling, knowledgeable and honest service, and excellent customer care. I highly recommend them.”

“UPDATE:
I just had my truck throw some error codes about the oxygen sensors, so took it down to Kykers again. They told me they could get it into the shop today (9/1/26) but they actually got it in yesterday, and had it ready early today! Turns out I had two bad O2 sensors, and resulting seriously fouled plugs. They got those sorted, along with swapping out the positive battery terminal that was corroding badly, and recharging the AC, all in a day. Really pleased, they did another great job for me!

I just had the water pump on my truck go out on the 26th of last month (6/26/25), just as I pulled in to work. Had it towed to Kykers that day, and they had it done for me by the 3rd of July, without any hassle or trouble at all. Super easy folks to work with, and they look to have done a really nice job. Very reasonable price, too, and quick.

“I do a lot of head gasket replacements in my shop. I've taken them several heads to clean, test and shave. Never had any issues. They write on the head itself how many mils they shaved off so you know how much of a head gasket you need to use with it. Prices are great. I've been paying around $90 to $140 for a 4 cylinder head. Super quick turn around. They say on average three weeks, but they usually call with in a day or two and tell you its ready for pick up.”

“I love this store and just wanted to say that I did find it a bit disturbing that they would have a female or really anyone working a nigtshift at a convenience store that is inder construction and is absolutely nothing I'm it. Why woukd you jeopardize someone's life for absolute non since. It couldn't be that hard to put in a temporary window where they could have had drive thru service only while under construction that's all I'm saying on that other than that I love the store and that it is open 25 hrs.”

“I was out of town on a 3 week storm restoration company business trip when my company vehicle broke down on a Thursday evening. Scheduled to leave to go home on Saturday. I was in panic mode, and called several repair shops who all told me no way possible.
I called Bachman-Bernard Chevrolet 2 minutes before closing. Ted and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed on a Friday and I was able to return to home on time. It’s employees like Ted, Jeff and the unsung heroes in the shop that make things happen when there seems to be no way, and that can do attitude keeps people coming back. Y’all don’t know how much I appreciate you getting me going in what seemed like an impossible situation. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs they were pleasant, easy to deal with and got me back on the road when no one else would even try! THANK YOU!!!”
“I’ve been taking my car(s) here for over two years now and plan on doing so for the rest of my days. Servicing a car has never been fun for me, yet these folks make it a pleasure. “I had Limestone Auto Solutions do the MDS delete on my Durango SRT 392 (MDS is the 8/4 cylinder mode). This involves removing the front clip of the car, removing the engine heads, front cover, timing chain, cam, lifters, oil pump and oil pan (a big job).
I also had them change out the auto transmission fluid and upgraded the engine oil pump to a Melling high volume pump to prevent too low oil pressure during idle. They did a great job. Kevin, the owner, is really easy to work with. I highly recommend Limestone Auto Solutions.”

Per the recommendation of our friend, I took my truck to 107 Tire and Service center and met the owner - Ivis. He quickly ordered the tires I needed and had them on the truck the next day. He also got us a better price than originally quoted. Being from out of the area, he gave us that exceptional east Tennessee southern hospitality and treated us great!
