“My favorite store for Asian snacks and ingredients. The staff is always so friendly and efficient. If you're new to the store, prepare to spend a bit of time here if you cannot read much Hangul. Most packages have separate English labels as well but sometimes you have to search for it. It doesn't take away from the enjoyment of shopping the unique selection though. I love supporting this small business and hope they continue to serve Knoxville forever and ever!”

“Lovely little specialty market...The owner helped me find the items I needed. He was cheerful and customer oriented. There was a sweet young girl there who responded immediately when I dumped the contents of my wallet on the floor, picking everything up for me. This is clearly a family business. IMHO, we can support small businesses like this by paying cash so they don't have to pay service fees on credit cards.”

“A convenient market in the heart of Rocky Hill, Butler & Bailey carries more of the food items you want than either Kroger or Publix. They don't package their own brand products but carry the actual products from the companies you prefer to buy. They have a world class butcher shop that can help you pick the meats and seafood that you want to serve to family and friends. They had about 3-4 display cases full of Mayfield's Milk and carries more varieties of the other items that I routinely buy.”

“Love Honey Baked Ham. The sandwiches are delicious! I'm a frequent flier (well not as much anymore due to my schedule). If there are issues, they are very willing to correct it, you just have to speak up. Wish there were more locations.”
