“Services provided at terminal were attentive and great. The return process was not clear. No one mentioned to just follow signs and park in any open National Rental Car parking space. In Tennessee head lights are required when driving in the rain, when you did this the information screen would dim making it impossible to see. Diving deep into menus would not reveal the solution.”

“I have been flying in and out of TRI for over a decade, and the experience at the counter has always been seamless. On this trip, my pickup was scheduled for the wrong day, but I arrived within 24 hrs, and Jeff took care of it without issue, despite limited vehicle availability at the time.
The vehicle I initially received had an issue that irritated my legs and my passengers’ legs (bugs or fiberglass), which I did not notice on the first day because I was wearing pants. I returned to the counter two days later and was assisted by Rebecca, who was just as polite and professional. She quickly swapped out the vehicle and honored the President’s Club upgrade I missed upon arrival due to the shortage.

“The people at Thrifty in Tri-Cities were very very helpful to me. I had screwed up my reservation with a different rental company and had no car waiting for me at the airport. I was stranded 2,800 miles from home. None of the rental agencies had any cars, and nobody wanted to help me- except for a kind woman at the Thrifty counter. She found me a car and got me on my way to the funeral I’d flown there to attend.”
