“I had written a review (5 stars) a month ago when I picked up my CPAP, but dont see it here. They did great in that case. Today, I had another great experience. This time with the customer care rep that answered the phone. Apparently, Medicare had issued a new Medicare card/number that I had not received. Instead of just telling me to contact Medicare, she went above and beyond and found the number for me. I still need to request a duplicate card, but she saved me a lot of trouble being proactive. Certainly not something you see much of in today's world of off-shore customer support. Great, great job!”
“The people at Lincare are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, friendly and caring. They took great care of my medical needs. They set up the c-pap machine in my home and explained how to set it and how to use it. Later, they also up the albuterol machine in my home and how to use it too. They mailed all my supplies to me quickly and as I needed them. I was well taken care of. I highly recommend them.”
