No information given to families about the patient. If you ask the lady at information about the patient you are told you have to wait on nurse to call. Very poor set up.

I was in Park ridge East for about five days. The nurses were great. What I did not like was no communication from the GI doctor that performed a colonoscopy. I waited for that docfor to let the nurses know when I could go home. The nurse had to call the doctor so I Could go bome.

The worst hospital ive ever imagined im going to be pressing charges on these people for 6 years of horrible treatment and medical care very neglectful.!!!
