“They cared for my child since she was an infant and she started school knowing how to read and above grade level. The level of care they provided to my daughter was exceptional. The staff is very communicative and my daughter loves all of her teachers. As a first-time parent they welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable leaving my daughter in their care. I even had my coworker enroll her daughter and she loved it. We had one medical emergency (due to my daughter being ill; no fault of the staff) and their quick response and notification kept me calm and they checked on us frequently until my daughter returned. Had they not been so alert to notice her symptoms I might not have had a favorable outcome. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Trust me, they will take care of your child as well as they did mine.”

“We are so thankful to have found this Childcare Network. Our daughter started going to daycare for the first time after staying home with family since she was born. I was very nervous about leaving her but Terra and her whole team made the transition as smooth as it possibly could have been. They eased my fears by always being available to answer my questions and being so understanding about my apprehension leaving her. My daughter struggled a little at first -as was to be expected -but quickly grew to love going. Now when I drop her off she reaches for her teachers and even asks for them at home! They are amazing with her. She wasn't walking when we started there but with the constant encouragement that she got from the whole staff she is now practically running. I am so thankful for everyone there and don't worry about her anymore when I drop her off. I know she is in good hands and they treat her like their own. She has made little friends and waves bye to everyone when we leave. I highly recommend this place.”

“HI, I BEEN AT THIS DAYCARE FOR YRS I HAVE A DAUGHTER SHE IS 4YRS OLD AND MY SON IS 2YRS OLD BOTH OF MY KIDS HAVE STARTED DAYCARE AT 3 MONTHS OLD. I BEEN THROUGH IT ALL I SEEN SEVERAL DIRECTORS COME THROUGH GUNBARREL LOCATION SOME REALLY DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT ALL NOW SHORT STAFF IT IS HAPPENING EVERYWHERE THIS DAY'S YES IN THE PAST GUNBARREL DAYCARE DID HAD ISSUE WITH SHORT STAFF BUT I KNOW I NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE WHEN KRYSTAL WYATT STARTED AS A DIRECTOR KIDS LOVE HER SO MUCH SHE HAS A WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PARENTS SHE IS NOT RUDE OR MEAN SHE IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND SHE HELPS ANYWAY IN THE CLASSROOMS WHEN THE TEACHERS NEED THE HELP. SHE MADE A HUGE DIFFERNCE MY DAUGHTER ALWAYS ASK WHERE'S KRYSTAL IN MORNINGS AND AFTERNOONS. ONE THING KYRSTAL DID NOT LIKE WAS TO TURN KIDS AWAY SHE WILL DO HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO NOT TURN KIDS AWAY IF IS IN HER POWER. LATELY EMILY NASCA WHO SUDDENLY JUST TOOK OVER KRYSTAL SPOT TEMPORARILY WITH OUT ANY EXPLANATION TRYING TO CHANGE STUFF WHITHIN THE DAYCARE NOT KNOWING THAT ALL THIS STUFF SHE TRYING TO CHANGE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN SHE IS RUDE, MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL, UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKING PARENTS WAIT OUTSIDE WITH SMALL KIDS WHEN ITS COLD THIS TYPE OF DIRECTOR MAKES ME WANT TO PULL MY KIDS OUT OF THIS DAYCARE. I CAN'T TOLERATE SOMEONE LIKE EMILY PUSHING PARENTS EVEN TEACHERS TO DO CERTAIN THINGS THAT ARE UNNECCESARY. SPECIALLY HER IDEA TO CHARGE PARENTS ADDITIONAL 20 BUCKS EVERYTIME PARENTS DID NOT PAY BY TUES. SHE DONT KNOW SOME PARENTS GET PAID BIWEEKLY ON A FRIDAY OR OTHER TWICE A MONTH CHARGING PARENTS ADDITIONAL 20 BUCKS DONT HELP AT ALL NOT KNOWING SOME PARENTS STRUGGLES BUT STILL FINE A WAY TO PAY THE BILL. MY RATE IS 5 STARS WHEN KRYSTAL WYATT WAS THE DIRECTOR BUT NOW WITH EMILY ITS A 2 STARS SADLY.”

“I have two different experiences with Childcare Network. My first experience being a teacher at this daycare, for going on about 7 months. I have worked for numerous daycares in the past and I was so excited to start working here. All the staff was very friendly. It felt like a family. The staff was all willing to help, and I just loved the way that everyone cared for and interacted with the children, whether they were in their class or not. I absolutely love the new director we have and the positive changes that she is making. I have had numerous opportunities to work else where, but honestly there is no place I would rather be. Which brings to my second experience with Childcare Network.I recently got custody of a child and of course he is with me at the daycare. Mr. A is amazing with him! I expressed some of the child's trauma and behavior issues and Mr A has been amazing at working with him and me to eliminate those behaviors. As a staff member I know what he is working on and learning, but my child is so excited to tell me what they are learning, and the crafts he is making.I am very happy with this daycare both as a professional, and as a parent.”
