“July last, we were hit by a very localized micro wind storm that hit 85mph+. As a result, 35 pines trees were down with each being taller than 100ft. Both sides of the driveway were blocked and we were locked in.My initial call to State Farm to file a claim was just awful. The answering Agent was short and uninterested and left me with only "We don't cover trees."I immediately called Agent Brown and spoke with him. He listened to my report of the situation and offered to help and be my advocate in my claim. He immediately took full ownership and charge of my claim.Within a short while, a SF Claims supervisor called me and this time their response very positive. He said he was calling in relation to Mr. Brown's call expressing my dissatisfation with the initial agent. For clarification, the supervisor walked me through each aspect of my policy and we discussed the covered items/issues. The supervisor assigned a new agent to my claim.As my claim matured, Agent Brown spoke with me quite a few times to check the status of my claim and to intervene on my behalf. Several times he contacted the HOME OFFICE to check the claim's status and to push the matter along. Thoughout this process, Mr. Brown was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and concerns and add the weight of his status to my benefit. At one point, he even took time from his vacation to call SF on to move them along.Today as I write this, six months have passed and the last damage is being repaired. If it had not been for Agent Brown and "Morgan" I am certain I would have been left hanging and this claim would not have been satisfactorily handled.”

“Last month I had walked into your building for the first time since I purchased insurance in 2022 over the phone. I had asked to speak to someone about my insurance. Andreas came out and said he could help. I get very overwhelmed when I am on the phone trying to talk about my Homeowner's Insurance and Auto Insurance. At least a month later the tornado came through Clarksville and Nashville. When the Tornado came through it totaled a home of one the ladies in my church's. Her insurance only paid the loan off due to her land loan and would not pay for anything else. I also watched the news that a lady's house was destroyed due to the Tornado, and she just spend 30,000 renovating her home but did not add insurance to her material homes in the house.With Andreas sitting down with me and explaining everything to me and being so honest and adding more coverage to my Home Insurance, I am so thankful.
