“Me and my family went here for one night while traveling from Florida to Illinois and it was a great night! The bathroom was kinda dirty but they provided hygiene products as well as lotion and lots of towels. They have a baby pool, sauna big pool, and a hot tub.Safety: They do not let kids under 16 go into the sauna and hot tub. (For safety reasons)Food & drinks: They have an amazing breakfast buffet that opens at 5:00 am and has LOTS of great options! The people working are super nice and are great!Noteworthy details: They have a great swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a sauna and baby pool. They are all really nice as we went into the baby pool with my one year old and we went into the hot tubThey also provided a crib for my 1 year old to sleep in.”

“Would leave a zero star if I could.Horrible experience at Best Western in Clarksvillle. Checked in to the hotel, in talking with the employee while checking in, she confirms I booked a 2 queen room - she gave me keys and we thought all was good. We got to the room and it had just one bed. Went back down and initially the employee said I booked the wrong room, said my reservation showed a double bed room - I pulled up my reservation that showed I booked a 2 queen bed room. She said they had no other rooms available period, not just needing to wait on cleaning but period. Even though I booked these rooms back at the end of November, there was a WWE event in town and the hotel preferred to give them rooms over the people who had already booked rooms, since we booked through a third party service and not directly with the hotel. So they had absolutely no room for us.What makes it worse is this happened to a friend we were meeting that was staying at the same hotel. She checked in the night before and was told the same thing, even though she had a valid reservation (through a third party site), this WWE event superseded her reservation and therefore they had no room for her. So I called the night before to confirm our reservation was still there, confirmed 2 queen room and the employee said yep I see it here.So during this check in debacle, I told the employee, I even called last night to confirm because our friend had this issue and she said really? I said yep.So they got the manager on the phone and she said when the hotel books these other bigger blocks (which why would they since people clearly have reservations and they don’t have the room) - if your party is less than 4 people and booked through third party, the system boots you from the room. Both myself and friend each had 3 people in our party. We had no notification by the hotel or third party service that our room was basically unable to be filled because the employee at the hotel said the system must have changed our reservation to a single double bed room.So on the phone with the manager - she said she would get us a room at a sister hotel down the street. She kept trying to sell us a double bed room but we said we paid for queens we wanted queens. She told me several times she was going to get me a major discount and “hook us up” so I was frustrated but happy I was supposed to get such a good discount. The initial room we booked was a 2 queen for a total of $144. She ended up getting us in a 2 queen room at the other hotel for $98 plus taxes which comes to $115. A difference of $29!!I said oh you said you were gonna give us a major discount - that’s only a $20 something difference. She said “$98!!!” And I said “plus tax you said is $115 so it’s only a $20 difference. That’s not a major discount to me.” But we took the room and went over to the other hotel and it was fineAfter looking later, I looked on the website of the hotel she switched us to, the posted site for our room in the hotels website was $98 so she DID NOT get us a “major discount” - she just booked us at a hotel where the room prices were lowered and pawned it off that she was doing us good by getting us a discount.Overall horrible service by all employees involved at hotel - you shouldn’t book our rooms when you already have existing reservations. Clearly they could up charge the rooms by giving them to WWE and that was their priority over letting the people that has already reserved keep their reservations.”

“I arrived at Midtown Inn late at night it was my first time staying there. I paid $65.80 for a king-size bed no-smoking room. The staff on duty that night was very nice, they put me in room twenty-one the room was clean. They advertise that they have a laundromat, they have one washer and one dryer and it is coin-operated, I had to wait a day to use it, because someone was using it all day. I didn't understand that. In the day time I could see Midtown, a lot better. There were people hanging around in the small laundry room, I didn't know if they were staying there are just hanging out. My stay there was short ***”

“You know what? This is not a fancy hotel. The staff was helpful and allowed us to park the moving truck (with my car towed behind it) in a well-lit spot I could see from my room. But for what I needed at the time, it was perfect. I was driving across the country on a move from Omaha to Charlotte and this was a great place to spend the night en route, especially because I have a cat that likes to hide in any crevice, corner or secluded spot that he can. Guess what? In this hotel, there was nowhere for him to hide. He couldn't get under the bed, it's blocked off. He couldn't tear up the carpet, there isn't any. Thank you Red Roof Inn... I appreciate you giving us a place to rest our heads on a very very stressful trip. :)Rooms: Pet proofed!”

“Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I do feel that price was high for what it offers and a $50 pet deposit is exorbitant but in a pinch it was a safe option but it’d look elsewhere for a better deal.”

“I needed an affordable Jacuzzi room for a birthday request for my teenager. From my first phone call Cj was so helpful in assisting me with my questions and booking my room. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Ms. Pam and Tyler. They were so nice and accommodating to me! I had to make a call to the front desk and Amanda was helpful and friendly as well! I will book here again! Affordable Jacuzzi room and friendly, amazing service! Thanks so much! We appreciate you!!!Rooms: Clean!Walkability: Easily accessible to Waffle House and the Mexican restaurant with a happy hour from 4-7.Noteworthy details: Close to 24, friendly and helpful! “Came here on a business trip for a project nearby. Incredibly friendly staff, well maintained rooms, clean parking lot, and them remodeling tells me that this place is going to just get better and they care about their Facility. Only downside is I have to leave for work so I don't get try the Breakfast in the mornings. I do grab a bagel on the way out though. 10/10Also guy working here likes One piece so that's another plus.”

“We stopped here this weekend on our way down to FL. Robin was so kind in helping us get a room, it’s spring break and very limited availability. We had also left a personal item behind and asked her to keep an eye out and she found it and called us right away. Super friendly and made our stay great!”

“It was a good place. Nice friendly people and good relaxing conversation made my trip a "must see again" if I ever make my way back to northern Clarksville, TN. to go to the Alzheimer's clinic. I'll post pictures soon as I find my camera. I think I left it by the pay phone at K mart in 1987. I'll do a follow-up on Toke Haven Motel when the movie hits theatres. Be good my people. I'm heading back home.”

“This motel must have really upped their game since earlier reviews. I stayed here when other motels on Ft. Cambell refused service despite reservations (most likely assuming that me any my fishing buddy were a gay couple). However, after much driving around, the older lady at the Winners Circle was incredibly friendly and put us up for a good rate. I asked for a non-pet BUT smoking room and was greatly surprised by how the room neither smelt like smoke or pets, unlike even boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. The receptionist truly kept her word in doing this for me. The room was also spotless for an aged hotel. I was pretty shocked compared to other motels in the area. No bugs. Felt safe showering. No crazy leaks or smells. The TV was old and confusing but not one other real issue with the room. Would actually recommend it for any budget option in Clarksville! You won’t get better unless you pay top dollar, and even then, many around here are NASTY! I enjoyed my stay here. Very surprising despite a not-so-great reputation. Thinking something must have improved.”

“We stopped here for the night on our way back to Illinois from our Florida home and we will again. The staff was very nice upon check in, the room was clean with very nice furniture and a comfortable bed. There are lots of restaurant choices within walking distance, making this a perfect location. We would strongly recommend it and will plan to stay here again ourselves!”

“Good location, breakfast was good they have the Belgian waffles with the sugar on them and not those ones that you have to make yourself. Would have liked some type of standalone meat for breakfast though. That’s the reason for the deduction of a star. Good location, clean rooms, slow elevator though and I paid $13 dollars for 2 snack size bags of lays some Oreos and a little box of lemonheads… THIRTEEN DOLLARS!!!”

“I would stay here again if I needed a place to sleep. The shower force and heat was fantastic. I told the front desk about leftover food and drink found in the refrigerator and they addressed the situation. My only negative is they only had orange juice which was thick goop, only decaffeinated coffee, and only had prepackaged powdered sugar and chocolate donuts. Covid isn't a good excuse to not try to provide a better assortment.”
