“After 12+ hours on the road, we were ready to call it a night. Booked this place online, partly because some of the other hotels nearby had some bad reviews. I'm glad we chose Hampton. Desk clerk was quick and friendly at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and large for the price. Lots of DoorDash restaurants nearby, or there are a few decent places within a block or two of the hotel. Parking lot is well-lit. The hotel wasn't full the night we stayed, but I get the feeling there is plenty of parking when it is full.”

“One of the best hotels I have been to. Breakfast hours were awesome, and the food was a good. Kids loved the pancake maker. Staff was extremely friendly and open. The only issue is an easy fix, your employees wear a belt but not properly. My kids should not be eating and seeing grown men's underwear. A place of business, Dress for it.”
“My daughter and I stayed for a weekend. When we pulled in I was a little concerned about staying at a motel by the highway. All my worries were put to ease as soon as we walked in, every thing felt safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have an indoor/outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and an onsite bar/restaurant. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and the guy from the kitchen was attentive and kept all hot items fully stocked. Would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!”
“Easy online check in. I had no issues with the room. Breakfast was lacking... but I wasn't there to eat. I was there to sleep after a long day of driving. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.”

“Tomeka (housekeeping) and Darlene (front desk) are rockstars. Great energy and enthusiasm. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by all the employees making me feel right at home. A couple of small issues came up, which were immediately remedied. I highly recommend this location.”
“Stayed here two nights in room 217 specifically (the jacuzzi room 🤩)! I've stayed at this hotel sometime last year, but this time it's even better! Renovations 😍
My room had the perfect view of the trees 🌳 as well
They even repainted the walls of the halls and various rooms. CLEAN hotel. Very good price for the safe location, too! Woke up, grabbed their free breakfast then took a jacuzzi bubble bath. Best vacation ever! 🤘🏽”

“The employees are some of the most hospitable people in all of Clarksville. I've stayed in a few hotels in the area, and none of them quite compete with how pleasant and nice the people from Candlewood have been. Two notable employees Penny and Paula are super stars and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a stove and they helped me move to a different room super easily. The rooms are pretty good, and the AC blows cold. No real complaints!”

“I recently stayed here in the autumn of 2006 and the experience left me forever changed. I checked into my room early the room was filled with I assume the owners Clives and or Danny's. (Delaware thing lol). I watched a few episodes of iCarly, only to realize I was all out of my crizzy ack ack! Well I called for room service and the working boy (a danny) brought it right up! How sweet! Old southern Delaware charm right there! Also a great place to see a few fights! The rooms were amazing and the manager sure knows how to treat guests!”
“I'm on the road a lot. I miss places like this! The rooms are way bigger than you would expect and the AC blows ice cold. Front desk help is very friendly and efficient. So even if you're not from around here you'll get treated well. Come visit the home of the screaming eagles and stay with skyway.”

“I got in town late around 1:30am for work, and was originally supposed to stay at the Super 8 across the street until I was met with rude customer service from the front counter.
I left and walked across the street the Gateway Inn. Tonya was nice, personable and professional when greeting me. She's very dope.
I didnt expect much because I didnt see the hotel on expedia, but to my surprise, the room was nice and clean. Everything worked, and the best part was that the room has carpet!
I would highly recommend this hotel and would most def stay again if in town.”

“The staff at this location is top tier! My stay was an example of how mishaps are turned into opportunities. We encountered one issue after another while checking in; at no fault of the staff. The property was undergoing some changes and they triggered a glitch with the key system. After 4 trips downstairs and one room change we got settled in. Dominic (sp) and Erica (sp) were patient, attentive, empathetic and accommodating. The lady at the Bistro was super kind and crafted me a much needed cocktail. They are all superstars in my book.”
“Got in rather late on a business trip when I awoke in the morning the southern hospitality just rang out like wildfire. If you never been to the south, I recommend you to visit. The southern people are very nice. They’re not kidding about Southern hospitality drop into the winner circle.”

“Been staying here for over a year now. Honestly it's not a Hilton, but realistically it's much improved. People aren't just staying a couple nights, and out. Most are people staying longer stays. Owners fix any grievances with room and appliances immediately. I've seen the owners work with everyone they could to help them help themselves within a pretty lenient reason. They have made upgrades on the entire property. The people here all pitch in to keep everything chill. Not a bad place at all.”

“Dude so I came here because a guy I work with used to stay here when he was homeless. He vouched for me and I stayed for two weeks, until I got sick a couple of days and couldn't afford a week. He let me stay in my tent out back. I tried staying in the creek out here but he would not let me get bitten by a snake. This guy is awesome! Plus nobody who smokes weed or drinks is going to get in trouble here. Smoke outside though! They have definitely earned my respect and I highly recommend them over any motel in clarksville. They are friendly as all get out! If you need anything just ask. They ain't got bedbugs or whatever other people have said. Those are people who wanted something cheaper(and you can't find it) and wanted to make stuff up about them. Plus if you want to get some steps in at night, the guy will already be ahead of you doing circles around the lot. They are so cool!”
“Calm and friendly people, the place is off exit 4 in Clarksville Tn right off interstate 24 sitting next to the mall and a myriad of stores and the Cumberland River and the Red river. Caves and Kentucky 8 minutes to Fort Campbell and Oakgrove Casino. Warm pool indoors and Walmart across the road.”

“Great location and parking. Clean room. Friendly efficient front desk. Pet friendly. Nice area for pets. Next to McDonald's and easy highway access to Nashville. Definitely has potential with exterior door painting and window cleaning. The Mexican restaurant smells delicious on site too. It's definitely older Motor lodge from 1960s. And needs a refresh. But I had the best nights sleep in months. The pillows, mattress and air conditioner were magical sleep! I will definitely stay again.”
“This is a motel for people who are working in the area. There are no bugs. The beds are comfortable & the carpet doesn't crunch beneath your feet. The man that runs it super nice. Its great for what it is, it's a rodeway not the Ritz!”

“This was our first time using Best Western plus. We were excited because It had an outdoor pool. The breakfast was good but brewed coffee instead of a Keurig would have been better. Overall great visit looks like I’ll be staying here when I come visit my grandkids.”
