I didn’t know what to expect and this was my first time ever selling a property. And just like him, I too was PCS’ing.
Jennifer has been truly awesome from the beginning. She went straight to work after our first meeting which was Jun 15, 2026. She did her Comp research, she scheduled the photo op and she created a very catchy and informative video on my property. She was very confident and advised me that my property would not last long on the Market. And sure enough, within 7 days of it being posted on MLS, it was under contract!! Scheduled to close 31 Jul 2026.
