“I had received an unsolicited quote from another insurance company for homeowners that led me to getting quotes from several to see if I could match it. Turns out State Farm was competitive with all the companies that claimed to be lower on homeowners and was quite a bit lower on auto and umbrella liability. The agent that sent the unsolicited (fictional) quote couldn’t really deliver even though I had auto insurance with them and met all other requirements for their lowest rate…so much for Good Hands. Now all my insurance business is in better hands. Thanks Ally and Anna!”

“During my visit on 4 September 2026, after exiting my truck I fell on the concrete pavement in from of the building. I am a 70 years old man on supplemental oxygen, in bad health and this fall caused an anxiety attack. Once inside I told the lady at the counter that I had fallen and needed assistance with the anxiety attack. Several ladies came and attended to my injuries and one talked me down out of the attack. “Purchased insurance 7/8 from AARP Hartford, it cost me $479 for liability for 6 months, called Farmers 7/9 and purchased comprehensive for $301. Needless to say I cancelled the AARP Hartford and went with Farmers. Thank you Alicia Gelnett. And AARP is supposed to be in business to help seniors not rip them off, it's not the first bad experience with AARP.”
